Due to serious abuse by a few, we will be holding firm to our deposit refund policy on LE's.  Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, Non Trasnferable to another game, and we are adding a transfer fee of $500 if you change whom the game is being sold or shipped to. This policy has been added because it takes us time in house to change the orders of the games and we were seeing hours lost to doing this on each release. 

• Foo Fighters is an American rock band formed in Seattle in 1994 by Dave Grohl.

• Dave Grohl became famous when he joined Nirvana in 1990 as their lead drummer. Following Kurt Cobain’s death in 1994, and the disbandment of Nirvana, Dave Grohl founded Foo Fighters. The name “foo fighter” was a WWII term used to refer to unidentified flying objects.

• Over the course of their career, Foo Fighters have won 15 Grammy Awards, including Best Rock Album five times, making them among the most successful rock acts in Grammy history. To-date Foo Fighters have sold over 30 million albums globally.

• They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2021 by Paul McCartney, their first year of eligibility.

Please note Effective on all shipments  we are required by law to collect sales tax in  Arizona  California, Colorado and Washington State, Maryland, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah,  Virginia, Washington, Wyoming and Utah.  At this time those are the only states we are required to collect sales tax in.  There are more states working on changing there laws to require this, Game Exchange Of Colorado has no control over this.  Just because we do not collect sales tax for your state does not mean that your state may require you to submit payment for sales tax.  We May have to add other States based on law changes and add tax to this order when the final payment is maybe
