Equipment Return Policy

Game Exchange of Colorado offers a 30 Day Return Policy on all equipment purchases.  All equipment returns must be previously approved by our management team using our Return Authorization Form.  All returns of new equipment must still be NEW and un-played in original packaging.  Used games must be packed as it was shipped from us, in the same condition it was shipped.

All Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, plus return shipping costs. We are happy to arrange return shipping with our carriers but you will be responsible for the cost. 

Freight damaged merchandise may not be returned to us. We will assist you in filing a freight claim and with repairs.  Please contact us for assistance. 

Kits Return Policy:

Kits cannot be returned due to Manufacture copyright policies

Special Order or Closeout Return Policy:

Special orders or closeouts may not be returned to Game Exchange of Colorado.

Parts Return Policy:

Non electronic parts may be returned to us at your expense 30 days from our date of shipping. Parts returns  must be previously approved by our management team using our Return Authorization Form.  Returned parts must be in new or like new condition and are subject to a 30% restocking fee.  All packaging, parts and cables must be returned with the product.
