Due to serious abuse by a few, we will be holding firm to our deposit refund policy on LE's.  Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and we are adding a transfer fee of $250 if you change whom the game is being sold or shipped to. This policy has been added because it takes us time in house to change the orders of the games and we were seeing hours lost to doing this on each release

Please note Effective on all shipments  we are required by law to collect sales tax in  California, Colorado and Washington State, Nevada, New Mexico,Wyoming and Utah.  At this time those are the only states we are required to collect sales tax in.  There are more states working on changing there laws to require this, Game Exchange Of Colorado has no control over this.  Just because we do not collect sales tax for your state does not mean that your state may require you to submit payment for sales tax.  We May have to add other States based on law changes and add tax to this order when the final payment is maybe
