SHOWROOM RENTAL PRICING

• Our showroom is available for event rentals for any and all types of events!
• All of the games in the showroom are on free play and are included as part of the rental.
  We can add or remove certain games upon request depending upon availability.
• All rentals are pre-paid.
• Rental of the showroom pricing begins at $3,000
  • ○ For the $3,000 base price the showroom stays “as is” give or take a few tables
  • ○ An average event usually ends up costing between $3,500-4,500
  • ○ Number of people as well as showroom layout will ultimately determine price
• Maximum showroom capacity of 425 people
• Security/Cleaning deposit of $700 required if you do not use a certified, full-service catering company. Deposit refunded after event if no issues.
• All games MUST remain on Free Play. Only exceptions are cotton candy machine or photo booth.
• Rental lasts for 4 hours + set-up and tear down
• We have a jukebox, sound system, and microphone on-site ready to use if needed.
• Weekends as well as week nights available.
• If you would like a different layout of the showroom for your event or need us to move pool tables, air hockey, etc. there will be an additional fee. Fees will vary depending upon the number of guests and amount of equipment needed to be moved.
• You may serve alcohol as long as there is a licensed/certified bartender on site serving the alcohol and we are listed on their insurance policy for $1,000,000. Insurance Certificate must be received 7 days prior to the event.
• You may use the kitchen on site for food prep or food storage during event
• We have chairs and tables to accommodate up to 60 people. If you need more, you will be required to rent elsewhere. Full service caterer can assist with this. We cannot mix-and-match our rentals with another company so if you need seating for more than 60 people, you will have to get chairs and tables from a caterer or rental company.
